Professionals who intervened in the Carlos Calvo 1440 project
- After the house was bought and before it was restored, photographer Luis Martín carried out a photographic survey of the house in its original condition. [July 1986]
- Architect Marcelo L. Magadán was in charge of the restoration and refunctionalization of the house [1988-1992]
- Art historian Roberto Amigo surveyed and wrote a report on the value of the ceilings in three of the house’s rooms in terms of their ceiling paintings, executed in the “chalk and glue” technique [1996]
- Presentation of “History and the Rehabilitation of Buildings. The recovery of a residence in the district of La Concepción” at the First Congress on Argentine Architectural Heritage”: “From the eighties to the Centenary”, (organised by the Roca Museum and the Centre for the Preservation of Urban and Rural Heritage). The paper was submitted by María Rosa Gamondès, licenciate in History, and architect Marcelo L. Magadán. The publication examines the history both of the house and of the land on which it was built, and details the process of heritage recovery work performed on it. [May 1997]
- Art restorer Lilian Piluso, under the supervision of restorer Teresa Gowland, carried out conservation work on two of the ceilings (studio and front room). [1997]
- Photographer Hugo G. Gez made a new photographic survey to show the condition of the house. [2001]
